Caroline advocates Zero Waste to the Maryland legislature

To promote sustainable, clean energy and Zero Waste (including but not limited to product redesign, source reduction, reuse of materials, composting collection and operations, recycling and resource recovery facilities) through the support and implementation of policies; promotion and engagement with facilities and businesses in pursuit of furthering such goals; providing educational opportunities for all; and to encourage citizen engagement and advocacy.
